Well, I weighed myself again today, and I lost weight! I'm down 0.8, so I guess some of the swelling from the workout yesterday is wearing off, but the soreness is not! Squats killed my butt, and thighs... going DOWN stairs killed me today, but going up is easier... that's crazy!
But regardless, I'm down 0.8!
So more about my nephew - he's such a cutie... we went to see him yesterday. He's such a good baby. He does sometimes fuss, but generally an awesome kid! I'm quite impressed with how well his dad is doing at taking care of him. Of course, my sister is a natural, but I did wonder about her hubby, but he's doing a good job!
