Busted my butt at the gym yesterday and again today. I'm up a lb since my cheat day and still plateaud. Going on a 2 day fast(probably against my better judgement) but I think it will help break the plateau. Desperate times call for desperate measures...

Remember that muscle weighs five times more than fat tissue. So if you are working out a lot you may be regaining muscle tissue which will make it seem you are not losing fat (when you, in fact, are).
