HELP!!! I have been stuck at 159 for 2.5 weeks! no bread or sugar!! why is'nt the scale moving??

Have you been exercising? Maybe you need to shake up your diet a little to see if changing it up will make the scale move. I'm sure if you're eating well and exercising you will see the scale move soon. Good luck!!

You may have hit a plateu which is normal from what I hear. If thats the case try to switch up your diet or excercise to break the plane. Hang in there :)

it will sound strange but i have heard having a bit of a binge day and eating between 200 and 300 more calories than you usually do and a completely different workout will sometimes help

Have you been drinking water? Hydration is very important, what type of protein are you eating? are you eating fried food?
