So I am doing a 3 day trial with Herballife shakes - colleague of mine gave it to me and ask to evaluate. Shake for breakfast and shake for lunch and well balanced dinner. May have 1 fruit in between - brought 1 apple to the office.
Will let you know how it goes. Last night went overboard with koeksisters (South African treat) - it's fried dough then dunked while still hot in ice cold syrup.......why these carb monsters attack me!!!
