I have had moments when I feel strong and fit (as opposed to sluggish and lumpy). I have been exercising consistently and that makes a difference. Food is still a struggle I make more good choices than bad, so I am going to say I am heading in the right direction.

It will be a challenging week though. The kids are on spring break. We have several nights of dinner plans, including our anniversary dinner later in the week. I have figured out my restaurant meal tonight and will adjust the rest of my day accordingly. I know how to do this, I just have to make the effort to do all the right things.
