Friday is here at last, and I'll be going to kickboxing again tonight. I'm looking forward to it, and I've been drinking water in place of coffee for a couple of days, so hopefully I'll be hydrated enough this time.
Work is a little stressful today. I'm not a fan of office politics, and I have found myself in the middle of it lately. The paradoxical nature of my position is that I get to do something I love, programming and scripting, about 50% of the time, and something I hate, dealing with other people, the rest of the time. Today has been a people-heavy day. Oh well, it's just another challenge to overcome.
Other than that, things are going OK. The weather is a little dreary, which makes me not want to go outside. I hope it improves, because I'm still planning my 14-mile hike for this weekend.
Anyway, I hope everyone is doing well today.
