Ugh!! So i've been eating late at night again. I hate it, because i end up eating so many random things that i don't have the energy to write them all into my journal, so i just end up not entering it. That's crazy!!

Why do i have to be so insane about food?? :-) Ugh, that's just me venting about my complete lack of self control sometimes. I was thinking tonight that every time i think about eating, i should go look in the mirror. Hmmm...

Alright, bedtime soon so i'll stay outta the kitchen!

Morela..I feel your pain...I kicked that habit by taking up another. I would eat late because I was bored and laying around watching TV or something of the sort so I started to read. It kept my mind off the food, helped me wind down for the day and get ready to sleep. You may also want to try taking a drink of water before you reach for the Ding Dongs (my old favorite)!
