My head has not been in the right place and I'm feeling it all over. I've really fallen of the rails with my eating and my morning workouts.

I'm feeling sick through what I've eaten and feel emotional when I know there's no need, I can only put it down to what I'm putting in my body and feeling a lack of energy. I've not weighed myself but I know it's gone up I can feel it.

So tomorrow's a new week, new month, new goal, new start!
