A plateau. Nothing changed this week in the diet other than a little less water intake over the weekend (around 100 ounces rather than the recommended 150 for my body weight). Still gungho about the future me, so not wavering at all. It took time to pack these pounds on so I'm not expected a miracle. Gonna try to step up the exercise a bit more this week. Rather than the regular walking 3 miles, I'm going to ATTEMPT to jog a portion of it! Y'all pray for me! Ha!
