I went running today and just about made it 2 miles. Woo.. that's from a month ago having not run at all. :) A friend asked if I'd like to do a triathlon in July (1/4m swim, 10m bike, 3m run) but I think I'll put it off for a bit. Maybe I can find one in September. It's always been a goal of mine, but I had never truly considered it because it was so far outside the realm of possibility, but I'm finally seeing there's potential there. The problem is that right now I'm totally swamped with 3 accelerated classes. I put in my time at the gym and that's about all I can afford. I have a break in August so I hope to be running further by then. September would be a great target. I can't imagine what my weight will be by then, but I'm sure it will be less. Will I be at my goal by then? Might be interesting! :) I'll weigh in this weekend and see where I'm at. Have a great weekend all!
