Oh,the Halloween candy is killing my diet!!! But I have been to the gym twice this week. Got to get the kids to hide their candy better! Adding back carbs was very dangerous for me. I have been giving myself permission to eat chips, crackers and bread again. I need to go back to Phase 1 to get my eating habits back in line.
