Wasit slightly under 49. Down an inch. This is after about 4 weeks and down about 10 pounds. So, I am thinking that as you weigh less the same amount of weight will equate to more inches since you are overall smaller.
I am part of a one week don't eat after dinner challenge ... which was sort of unfair for me ... because I will not and have not eaten after dinner for a while. I just got rid of the snacks and have not bought any new ones.
By the way, my motivation is my doctor is worried about Type II diabetes if I don't lose the weight.
