Really?? maybe its my period? Maybe I need to reduce my intake/day?? 1900 is WAAY too much for me to loose any weight. how about 1800. or even 1700. I remember when I was doing my weight-loss contest and was consuming 1500 calories/day. not a lot, I know, but I did pretty well with it. Lets see if we can get down there. I am all done crying for my weight gain. I have a goal. September. I will begin exercising tomorrow. excuses are for assholes.

1500 will get you there, for sure, but just work your way down to it. i started with the recommended 1900, and then 2 weeks later knocked it down to 1800. now that i'm pretty used to that, i just lowered it to 1700 (which i've just failed both days!!!) but it's hard to stay positive when you go straight to the half-starvation levels, you know?keep your chin up though, persistence will pay off!
