back on track. Got my hip replacement, it's working really really great....but now they want to do a knee replacement!! Not if I can help it.....so let's see if I can get down to 155 by March 28th. THAT should help the old knees!!! (If they're not totally ripped up already. I get an MRI on them tomorrow.) If they're not ripped up....that'll encourage me even MORE to get my weight off to try to preserve them.
