I'm doing sooo mcuh better. I took the initiative to join the gym in my office building and have been going to the gym at lunch and after work.
I have been getting 15-20 minutes on the Eliptical in at lunch and after work I've gotten up to 30 minutes. Tomorrow I'll try for 45 minutes.
