Road motorcycle 65 miles in 9 degree weather to welcome the National Guard troops home from Afganistan.
Decent cod sandwich for lunch with onion rings. Heavy calories but at 528 it really did not matter as I was hitting the gym this evening.
another 3.5 mile day at the gym and a real good 810 pound squat workout.
Home for the broiled swordfish. A pinenut cous cous and home grown red beets. Nice dinner.
