I havent been on the site in a while due to personal reasons. I just cant seem to get my mind refocused on my goal. A lot of personal stress is hard to handle. I am still working on reaching my new goal but it seems harder than it did when I first started. Please say a prayer for me that I can get my emotions in check and get back on track.

Make sure your goal is realistic, I used to chase my ideal, realising it wasn't realistic, happier now I've settled at a healthy weight

Thanks to all for the kind words and prayers. It has just really been a tough month emotionally. I thought I would be happier with a smaller frame but it seems to be just about the same. But anyway, I will get over this hump because I know I have it inside of me somewhere.
