Hello all. I've been quiet the past few days as there's really not been much to report. My weight is still hovering around 9st and holiday is in 7 weeks. I would really like to lose just a couple more pounds, just to be a bit flexible but it would seem my body has other ideas lol!
My boss is moving the contents of my office to my house on Sunday, so from next week I will be working from home. That should stop me shopping for those coffees in the mornings... Happy Valentines Day all xx

Weight training is a good weight loss tool. If you like that kind of thing! Fasting would deffo do it too. You have seven weeks, you'll get there.

Jocko, I may have to go that route! StrangeTrout - I do have some weights here, mostly for arms, because I have to be careful regarding my back.. slipped disc... have just had injections the other day for it; and had surgery last June... ugh. So a lack of exercise isn't really helpful.
