I have been so bad at keeping track of my water intake that I went out and bought a thermos Smart Lid. Not only will it keep track of totals it will also show me when I drank the water. That way maybe I can get better at spread my water intake throughout the day a little better. This should really help me increase my water intake. Especially a good idea now that I passed a bladder stone here a month ago.
