Hey all. Sure it took a few days, but drinking lots of water and sweating (2 runs today!) I am feeling better. Isn't that crazy? All the old eating habits made us ignorant of the fact that we were so unhealthy. Sure, we all knew it was true, but to actually *feel* the difference is really a huge incentive. Of course, I'm completely not surprised to see that I'm still basically at the same weight. It's that same old hurdle I have to get over. Oops, though, I did eat a whole wheat roll someone had given me today.. raisins and walnuts. Good stuff. I just gave up some other things on the plan today, so I think I'm alright. I'm just making sure to keep exercising and balancing my eating. I'm not in a huge hurry, but I would like to meet my short term goal. 230 by July 4th. We'll see. :) Enjoy!
