It feels really good to be losing steadily again. I have class until 10 tonight, so I won't be getting any exercise in. Gotta keep my food in check today.
I've been having headaches and dizziness all week. I don't think I'm eating too little, considering I've been counting and I'm definitely getting at least 1200 a day...usually more. It feels like I'm not sleeping well but I'm pretty sure I'm getting 7-8 hours a night. Maybe it's stress?
