I'm over my RDI today because I logged a box of cinnamon candy. I heard that cinnamon candy curbs your appetite so I got a box and suck on them while at work. It has taken me a week to eat them all but I felt I had to log them anyway because after all it is a numbers game and one must be true to themselves. So 350 cals is a lot to deal with but I will try to cut back a little. I don't think I will do that again because to tell the truth I really don't think it helped that much and I don't like logging 350 cals for candy when a nice entrée would satisfy me much more. Well trial and error. Good luck to everyone today.
