Hello dear buddies, Hope you are having a pleasant Monday. Gere in NJ we are waiting for a northeaster, wind and rain, no snow...yet. I dr9opped 2 last week...following the 10 lbs initial drop in the first 10 days. If I could now do 2 lb a week, that would be so wonderful. I must find a way to exercise. I am trying to get in dr. Berg's recommendation for kale shake. However one cup of kale seems to have over 5 carbs, and with everything else, it throws me over 20 carbs... Have a great day!
