So im a little bummed today. I have been having problems with my knees. And the Dr. just said no more Squats.. What? I cant believe it. No more squats. I cant do any knee exercises ever again. It breaks my heart. Years or running have taken it's toll on my knees. Now I need to find an alternative to lose weight! Any suggestions out there- please let me know.

the elliptical is really good for people with back or knee problems. it's really easy on the joints. :)
