Have a physical day at work today so will forgo exercising until tomorrow. I am too leary of my knee becoming so bad that I can't exercise.

I am torn by two sides, weight watchers and the biggest loser info on how many calories. I think I will stay with it for now even though weight loss is slow, may be from too little calories. We shall see. It is manageable right now, I don't feel hungry.

which one are you doing, weight watchers or biggest loser? I vote for weight watchers because thats the one that worked for you before. You shoould make an appt with PT about your knee so you can learn what it's true limit is and maybe incorporate the healing exercises into your work out.
