well things are holding steady - the issues with staying on the current way of eating is the new meds they put me on - Invokana is suppose to remove sugar directly from your blood and this could be as much as 100g a day - so my current diet plans have me on 20g to 40g carbs a day so with this new medication i will should be a zero carb but not sure how it really works and dr dont want to talk about low carbs diets so need to find answers else where. the low carb diet is the only way i seem tl lose and maintain my weight - well until i get bored or think i can handle cheats (and these usually snowball and run me over :( lol). I just need to research and find answers.

Slow and steady i guess - i didnt get fat over night so no fast way to lose. the good news is that my body has accepted this new weight as normal so i can concentrate on losing weight again without fear of ballooning up if i faulter again. anyway this is all just ramblings and half thoughts - i thought i should log on and record thoughts weight and my food
