Morning all. Well my weight seems to be going in the direction I want it to. I would like to be slightly under 9st by the time we go on holiday to South Africa at the beginning of April - so I can enjoy all things culinary and not worry about busting out of my jeans *grin*. That should be doable. Maintaining it will probably be the issue once I've got there!
