This weekend was a diet bomb! I didn't count calories, I ate carbs, I drank beer...but I moved more than I normally would on a weekend. I curled on Friday night and spend all day Sunday skiing. I ended up dropping a pound since last weigh in, and hubs noticed that my waist seems slimmer! Knowing this is working is motivation enough to get me back in the gym at 5:00 a.m. tomorrow :-)

It is odd how all of a sudden someone notices...like the drop was overnight. Our poor bodies are trying to keep up with us. Great job!
