Please help - I have a lot of loose skin and have heard that gelatin helps has anyone tried this? Yes, No stay away any thoughts?? I have started walking but any other help would be appreciated and Leksie I am not at your level yet :)

The worst case scenario of loose skin is that you would need surgery to remove it BUT I've read that staying well hydrated is key to minimizing loose skin during weight/fat loss. Not sure how true it is. Some recommend weight training as well.

Gelatin does help with to tighten loose skin, but you also need to do weight training. I put a teaspoon of gelatin in my tea in the morning and I must say it has helped.
