Weighed in at 158 lb. first thing in morning. Am trying a new exercise regime called "Lose Weight in Eight". It is five different circuit style exercise routines, including core and yoga, performed over the next 8 weeks. The first routine I did on Monday, Jan 2, 2012. It is seriously hard with core work and push ups. I am hoping that this regime along with this calorie counter will help me lose the lbs. that are pushing my blood pressure up. Last night was supposed to be a rest night, but I did a general aerobic tape anyway.
