Back on the right side of my goal weight. I had planned on starting back at stretching Monday but I didn't get home from work until 8:50 p.m. Then yesterday I started to feel really unwell as I was driving home from work - like I was getting a cold or flu. So, no stretching last night. Let's see how today goes. Happy hump day my friends.
