Been so strict this week. Eating under my allowed kj (except Saturday where I was 118%). Other days were 75% of in take. Don't understand scale though. Was expecting a huge loss....
I know this way of weight loss works. So I will keep at it. Looking forward to next week. Hopefully I get even with the scale.
