Wow.. the holiday season is over. I purposefully stopped logging and tracking and such from Thanksgiving to New Years, but I'm going to be back and logging again for a while. I honestly feel kind of crappy from all the garbage and am looking forward to feeling good again. It's pretty stupid what we do to ourselves for the sake of food (if you can call fat and sugar "food"). I'll be weighing in tomorrow to see what kind of damage I did. Heh. Ouch. I did need the break, though. I had been exercising pretty heavily and I believe I tore a muscle in my arm and it still hasn't completely healed. Quite a while ago (10+ years) I tore a rotater cuff and it's acting up again. I'm trying to do my own therapy but I need to get back to the gym and start with the weights again. I'll just have to be careful to not aggravate it further while it continues to heal.
All that said, I hope everyone had a great New Year and I'm sure many of you will be back here getting adjusted to a more healthy and "normal" WOE and WOL. Welcome back all, and to those of you who met their goals for 2011... Way to go!
