Hey all. It was a long couple of days. Between working at the run/walk at my kids school yesterday and spending all day running between schools volunteering my time, I'm beat. I felt slightly nauseous and headache-y since last night so I tried to eat some more protein than the diet called for and took a nap. I'm feeling better now, but the hollow feeling in my stomach over the last couple of days wasn't going away, so I made a small bowl of popcorn tonight (seasoned with parmesan and chili powder). As I mentioned before, I really think the calories are a little too low for me since I seem to be dropping weight pretty fast. I think my body needs to adjust to this which is why I have been feeling the way I have. I'll have to monitor the weight loss and just make sure to keep exercising and see how it goes.
