Who else is trying to lose 70lb pounds or more? What is your diet? Have you lost any weight? How often do you exercise, and what kind of exercising do you do? I'm a stay at home mom, so I work out at home. I'm not ready to go to the gym anyway.

I have 129lb to go! 262.5 starting and currently at 249.2 since 11-1-16. My "goal" is 120 but really I'd be super happy with 145-ish 😀 LCHF with about 100oz water daily.

Keto, no exercise atm, lost 30 lbs in 3 months which is fairly typical.
