Back at my journal, weight is up, no dieting for 6 mionths but I am finished with school and passed my board exams.... next big task lose 50 pounds. Eat well every day. I am having the hardest time staying away from sweets. The break room is full of cookies and candies, fudge and crackers and eats and cheeses. Every body and their mother is bringing in leftover holiday sweets. of corse they are trying to clean the goodies out. I am going to make a new years resoultion to journal everything I eat GOOD or BAD this yeat and also not to eat anything from the vending machine. Hopefully tghis will keep me focused on my good healthy eating habits and start looking forward to exerciseing more. My friend trish lost 25 pounds in 16 weeks and she looks great. She has really inspired me....looking forward to 2012.
