Hey everyone. Thanks to all of you for the emails asking how I've been. I honestly haven't been doing fabulaous. I'm a wedding consultant and this is my busy season. I am heading down to Arkansas from Ohio tomorrow for another wedding this weekend. It has been a very hectic month and a half and I've been really bad with my diet. I haven't gained, but I haven't lost. I am going to do my very best to get back on the wagon next week. Keep the encouragement coming. I most definetly need it.

I worked briefly in a wedding dress boutique, so I totally understand your stress. Keep a cool head, and in the midst of all that planning for other's happiness, don't forget to provide for your own by eating well. :)
