I ended up going Beast Mode yesterday. I cleaned the turkey carcass and the meaty bits went into my gullet.

Today I plan to fast. If I need to eat, I have lots of bone broth.



This is very unflattering, but I am focused on my arms and chin. I want to make real progress in these two areas by fasting.

You are so positive LID. Very impressive. Wish I could have a go at fasting , but it's a no go from my GP.

Hmm. I think fasting at this time of year can be very challenging. I seem to recall grateful patients, families and co-workers - always armed with some outrageously delicious holiday goodie - filling the break room with an endless buffet of temptation. However, if there was ever a Weight Warrior who could handle this, it's you! Go forth and shed those pounds! You rock.

I find it easier to fast from dinner to dinner....still 24 hrs but doesn't seem as hard..... especially drinking water and broth. Good luck!
