well the holidays really ruined me... i havent weighed in and im scared to ive just been eating and regretting it to the fullest. i feel like a gross fat slob. i need to get back on track and todays the day. imma write out a grocery list and start again. i have to say i am excited but at the same time i hope i can find the same motivation. i really wish i had someone to do this with i feels so stuck.

You DO have people to do this with...us. Sorry you feel so down; imo you aren't treating yourself very well in your thoughts. Learn from the experience and let it all go. You can do this and you will! This is only the first of three big eating / drinking holidays before 2017. If you are serious about weight loss, you can resolve to use this experience to do and feel better for the next two holidays. I believe in you
