What am I thinking? I'm thinking,I do want to lose weight quickly. The onset of my obesity happened within 3 months of returning from the Navy in 2007. I gained 10 lbs a month for six months. So, I gained at a rate of about 2.3 lbs a week.
I'm a crazy chick, because I like to see more loss. Yup, even with all this water, I realize that my initial shedding was probably water weight; however, wow. I lost 10 lbs my first week. If I could do that regularly...
So I'm exercising a lot and eating a lot fewer calories. That's supposedly unhealthy, but the thing I don't get about it is this: why? I mean, I'm probably getting more nutrition this way than I was before. How am I hurting myself any worse than I was before?
So, I think I could lose about 3 lbs a week.
