I agree. They didn't agree with me when I first started eating them. But now I'm ok. They are best when still firm. Sliced with salt and pepper. Mmmm.

I agree, Tina! I always preferred them on the riper side, but recently, didn't have any, so I cut open a firm one. SO much better!

Hey, MomT you do look awesome, great new pic! Keep up the great work! And I love avocados too...not too mushy, but not REALLY hard either. I slice them up with tomato, cucumber, and fresh mozzarella and drizzle balsamic and evoo on top...sometimes basil...:::licks lips:::I want some NOW!!!!
