Refused to step on the scale the last couple days because I just knew i'd be bad,but to my surprise I didn't do bad! great surprize this morning. Praying that I can stay on track all weekend so I can go into next week with a minus. Haven't done that in a while. been not doing good on the weekends.

Just stay focused on each day. Don't think about it as the weekend, just as Saturday-I will eat this today...maybe a menu will work out.
