it was a roasted almond snack kind of night so I had 3oz of them. it was more calories than what i should have taken in but I had a taste for them instead of cauliflower for a snack

No worries on the almonds - healthy fat imo. I have been MIA lately, just checked in and wanted to say - WAY TO GO on the weight loss. I am truly impressed! You Rock!!
