Msalicat do you record your weight everyday? It will mislead you if you do that because your weight can fluctuate alot each day. Rather record weight once a week on the same day of each week and compare week to week weight :)

Yup I climb on the scale religiously everyday. Have been doing that most of my life :) I do make allowances for fluctuations because I know that it goes up and down. I also know that when we go to town and eat "town food" then it affects my weight and when we have kuiers so I do allow for that :)
Thank you for telling me re the weighing of the oats in the raw state - it's much better :)

Lots of us weigh everyday but we only record it on our fat secret weight as an official weight once a week. This helps make our weight chart make more sense on a week by week comparison. I post my unofficial weight every month, Tues and Wed then I record my official weight on a Thursday. Maybe try that, see if it makes things easier for u.

I also weigh myself every day but only log my weight on Fridays, as the official weight loss!

I'm also going to record my weight on a Friday. If I go kuiering over the weekend then on Monday I won't be a happy chap :)

Yeah, that's why I do it as well, I used to record on a Thursday, but then for some weird reason, my weight would always be less on a Friday, than the previous 2 days, that's why I changed.
