Is one small bite of cheese really about 50 calories? I ate a small piece of cheese that I was cutting for my toddler. I looked up an ounce of cheese and found that it's about the size of a domino. So, I ate, really, less then a half of that, but even half would be 50 calories. A domino would be 100?

Avoid the cheese, please!
