Well seeing the calories that Pizza Hut added to my food calendar definitely makes me think twice about doing that again. Time to get back on track.

I hope your other buddies are doing better than I am. I have crashed and burned. It ain't pretty. It's really maddening when you can so easily undo half of all you've done. Good news is- if you go back to using your good strategies of accountability(food log), portion control, and exercise, you WILL make progress.

Random Noter::: My husband tells me how Pizza is actually healthy for you.. blah blah blah.. it's a balanced meal... blah blah blah.. I trust no nutrition information that comes from a man who eats 4 little debbie cakes at a time for a snack and still weighs 140 pounds. Down with the Pizza! On with the weightloss!
