So I have hit a plateu. I did the atkins diet about september year before last and hit a plateu in that diet as well. Isnt it funny that it is the same plateu. I had lost 45 lbs on atkins and put 22 back on when I fell off of the wagon. Well I have lost that 22 lbs and now I am stuck. I am sure it doesnt help me having little things here and there so here is my promise to me: I will do a 9 day detox the right way just like I did the first time and I will bust through this plateu. I am so anxious to get through it and it is time. I however only got in 4 days of exercise this week. Was gonna do it today but feel like I may have pulled something on the right side of my back. Not real comfy to sit so exercising is out of the question. Wish me luck. I have beans in the crock pot for dinner. Dont normally eat them but I jazzed them up a little with some seasoning so we will see what happends. Hope everyone is having a smashing weekend.

Find stuff you really like so you're not too tempted to go off the diet. There's a recipe I found on here that is sooo good. It's called "Sweet Potato Fries". You should try them and they are perfectly allowed on Phase I. Sounds like you are doing the right thing. Hang there, you'll punch through this. :)
