Today I leave for NYC the challenge will be to stay at 2100 or less while out of my own environment. It is much easier to control your grams while cooking and preparing your own meals.
My targets per my nutrition visit yesterday are as follows:
1800-2100 Calories (no more, no less)
55% = 285g Carbs 30% = 70g Fats 7% = 2g Saturated Fats 1% = 1g Trans Fats 15% = 80g Protien
