Enjoyed my alcohol treat last night with two squares of chocolate - feeling very in control and pleased with myself for being so.
Didn't sleep so well, woke up several times and so slept in late this morning. Unusual for me - lucky it's Sunday and no work! Could it be the alcohol after a week of healthy eating?
