Hey all, Just doing some homework.. ooh fun.. (going to school for secondary education) and thought I'd take a break to post. I worked out this morning and *ugh* .. it was probably one of the harder workouts I've had. It's a ball class where you use a weighted ball during the entire time going through all sorts of motions. By the end I could barely lift the thing above my head anymore. I was wiped and didn't recover completely for probably a good hour. I'm strange that way, but I liked the class. :) I think it's karma covering my butt since I had a couple of cookies yesterday. I goofed up and wasn't feeling good yesterday afternoon (remnants of my cold) and missed a meal. I paid for it after my class last night because I was really hungry. I have been careful about consistent blood sugar and haven't had a problem, but that one missed meal messed me up. Oh well. It's a lifestyle, I'm still losing, and I worked out hard this morning. It's all in balance. :) Have a great weekend all!
